Ottertoberfest my ass

Ok the ST. Louis Zoo has this big festival every year called Ottertoberfest. That's funny as hell. What's not so fun about it is....there are no Otters at the ST. Louis Zoo. Not one. So if one were to say go to the festival to enjoy and celebrate the fabulous North American River Otter one would be, in point of fact, screwed.
